As our ambassador, you will serve as the voice of our customers, catering to their queries, concerns, and shopping needs. You'll identify and seize sales opportunities, recommending our products to meet their needs. At Rituals, we value creativity and the ability to think outside the box. This position requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week, with the option to work 32, 36, or 40 hours as well.

* Ability to support our customers on social media, via email, and over the phone.

* Eagerness to spot sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products.

WORKING HOURS:

We operate in shifts from Monday to Friday:

- 08:00am – 16:30pm

- 08:45 am – 17:15pm

- 10:00am – 18:30pm

- 12:30pm – 21:00pm

Weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday): 10:00am – 18:30pm. Please note that we offer an additional salary percentage for Sundays and bank holidays.
